The TreeSmart logo symbolises the return of carbon to the earth.
The rectangular box at the base of the logo symbolises the solidity of the earth. The semi-circle on top represents the shape of the earth. The arrows on the semi-circle represent the flow of carbon from the earth (as we use up carbon-based fuels), through the atmosphere, and then back to the earth as we sequester carbon in trees through the TreeSmart program.
The diagonal line through the rectangle creates two triangles, one of which decreases in depth as you move to the right, and one of which increases in depth as you move to the right. The first triangle represents the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere over time with a TreeSmart program, while the second triangle represents the amount of carbon stored in trees over time with a TreeSmart program
If you rotate the TreeSmart logo counter-clockwise by 90 degrees, you see the letters CN - representing the Carbon Neutral philosophies embodied in TreeSmart.
