Offsets for Other Emissions
While TreeSmart started with a concentration on offsetting emissions from the passenger transport system, the field has widened considerably in recent years. As a result, TreeSmart will now offset emissions from many other greenhouse-gas-producing activities.
Such activities could include energy consumption (from non-renewable sources), manufacturing processes, transport of freight and other emissions-producing activities.
TreeSmart will help you to estimate the emissions from your activities, and then advise how much plantation is required to offset those emissions. We will then give you a quote for these offsets.
